It was clear that Gov. Mitt Romney figuratively beat the crap out of President Obama’s usual set of lies and nonsense that he’s been accusing Romney of for a year now. Romney quickly and decisively called Obama on his false accusations and corrected Obama every time the president spouted one of his Romney lies.
Romney presented himself as relaxed and confident, clearly laying out his plans for America while cutting Obama off immediately whenever the president began to repeat another of his usual lies.
Americans who were unfamiliar with Gov. Mitt Romney likely walked away confident and enamored with the Governor, whose confidence and poise scored big points in this first of three debates between the two Presidential candidates. Particularly noteworthy was watching Gov. Romney, on three separate occasions, call Obama on his “5 trillion dollar” lie and correct him, three times in a row. Finally, Obama surrendered and stopped using that lie in this debate.
Americans got a chance to see a Mitt Romney who is classy, caring, brilliant, and an experienced statesman, unlike Obama who has little more than a nice smile to sell himself to Americans as the President lacks experience, lacks knowledge and experience in budgeting and has a propensity for repeatedly lying to the American people without hesitation, like so many common politicians.
It was clear that Gov. Romney is not your common politician. Principled, articulate and with an obvious heart for America and Americans that most politicians simply don’t display. This writer believes that Americans will perform a landslide at the ballot box in November, happy to have an experienced, caring new President in Mitt Romney, who appears to be the light at the end of the tunnel.
According to Fox News this morning, Barack Obama has pretty much abandoned his job in order to do fundraisers full-time. This year alone he has averaged a fund raiser every 3rd day. That’s 2-3 fundraisers per week, which doesn’t allow an average American the time left to hold down a full-time job. Part-time President/Full-time Fundraiser is Obama’s new title and our staff believes this new position should come with a salary reduction.
First off: Get some good writers, Barry. Your material sucks. You aren’t funny, especially when you try to be funny. We don’t like you and we don’t your arrogant approach to ignorning our problems right now. So cut it with the jokes and the fundraisers and try solving the nation’s problems for a change. That is, if you have time in between your star-studded gala’s and events, your over-the-top dinners with Hollywood stars and other Progressive politicians.
Watching Joe Biden and his boss b.s. the union workers this morning on some brief clips from Fox News, the Vice-President must know what a fool he makes of himself. Blatant lying and scare-mongering is like the politics of the 1940′s, which is about when Joe ”The Liar” Biden began his career in politics. His “oh-so-sincere”, chummy routine is the stuff Vaudeville was made of and he looks silly when he engages crowds in this way. No one is fooled by either of these men; not even those attending these rallies. Both claim the Democrats are for the middle class and the GOP is for the privileged class. Seriously, Joe? The Democrat Party is part of the foundation of the privileged class, Joe the Liar, and so is the national GOP. Millionaire Barack Obama and all his millionaire friends are not “privileged”?!? LOL Even the people on stage behind Joe acknowledge with their eyes that Joe is full of crap. He’s trying to divide we, the people using a clumsy attempt at class warfare.
A recent example is the contraception/Sandra Fluke waste of time in front of Congress, whereas the Democrat Party tried to create a distraction which would hide the fact that Obama’s numbers are falling and that Americans simply don’t believe that Obama is being honest with we, the people. Fox News was watching too closely, however, and so as it all unfolded, Fox reported accurately that the Democrat Party lies were being exposed all over America.
